Shipping Information

We want every sip from your LUNEA tumbler to feel special, and that starts with a thoughtful shipping experience.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for restocking.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been packed and handed off to our shipping partner, it generally takes 12–15 business days to arrive.

With processing and packing time included, you can expect your order to arrive in approximately 12–20 business days from the time you place it.

We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include your proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@luneavibe.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if eligible.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges
